In Kamchatka, the brown bears must catch as many salmon as they can, to gain enough weight for the upcoming winter's hibernation.
I focused on a mother and her young cub, as she competes for the best spots in the river, fighting away other bears while feeding, protecting and nurturing her young cub. She is truly a super mother bear.
