The Padaung lady of the Kayan tribe in Myanmar are known for the brass rings around their long necks. These rings I am told help elongate the necks which is a mark of beauty. This image was taken in one of the home on Inlay lake.
Born on June 1st 1964, Ranjan had a natural flair for photography since childhood, studied it in school, followed by self-learning and workshops over the last decade. He has graduated in the ‘complete course of professional photography’ from the New York Institute of Photography, USA.
