This image is entitled “A bird is safe in its nest - but that is not what its wings are made for” and it's part of a project entitled 'All Creatures Great & Small'
The goal of this project is to design a unique and creative set of images that encourage the viewer to see the extraordinary beauty of animals from a new perspective.
After many years of working in this field, Peter made a significant career move that led him to work in the media industry. It was at this time that Peter discovered he had serious and debilitating back condition. Complications following surgery made his condition worse and the end result was that Peter had to stop working. To keep himself mentally stimulated while recovering from surgery and as a means to cope with chronic pain, Peter picked up his camera – something that had been a hobby for most of his life – and he focused on improving his skills. Dealing with chronic pain has given Peter a new perspective on life and on what is truly important.
Peter’s patience and ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment is a perfect fit for the field of photography. He is very easy to work with and his work ethic has earned him a lot of respect. He loves collaborating with like-minded, creative individuals, and he relishes a challenge.
