Albert Chen is a Houston-based photographer and an award recipient of previous International Photography Award (IPA), Sony World Photography Awards (SWPA), and Px3, Natural Density Photography Awards (NDPA), and Monochrome Photograpy Awards (MPA) contests. He loves photographing, tells stories through his work, and can’t live without it.
