In Galicia (Spain) in summer a tradition is realized that consists of cutting the mane of the horses and marking them red-hot, and this is known as "rapa das bestas". First the offspring are separated, then the horses are gathered in an enclosure. The men must capture the horse and knock him down with the strength of his arms. Many of them get hurt in this ancestral fight of the man with the horse
