This is a shot from my 3-week trip to the remote region of southeast of Tibet in March. The weather of this region is really dramatic. I had experienced from -10 to 20 degree C in 3 weeks.
This is not an ice cave. It’s just a massive blue iceberg being dropped off from a glacier during the summer and then being frozen in the winter. Most of these icicles are from 2 to 6 feet high. I was lucky to capture some beautiful light hitting on the peaks in the background after a storm clearing. The three peaks are called Mt. Risonggepu, which is named by the local Tibetan.
