Backstage life was shot in the backstage area of a music club in Berlin-Kreuzberg, Germany. It shows the musicians right before the concert trying to seek focus, dealing with nervousness, simply killing time and preparing for the performance on stage.
Martin’s artistic work focuses on portraiture, urban and street photography. He is a founding member of the Berlin1020 street photography collective.
Martin has won numerous international photography awards. His work has been shown in exhibitions in New York, Paris, Dublin, London, Rome, Bucharest and Berlin. His work can be found in numerous private collections.
