Alone in the rain at night

This image was taken on june 10th, 2017 in my hometown of Gjøvik, Norway during a heavy downpour.
It's a self portrait taken using my camera's interval shooting function. The main lighting of the image consists of 3 bare speedlights :1 at camera left behind the tree, 1 directly behind the subject and 1 just outside the frame at camera right, all aimed at an angle towards the camera to illuminate the raindrops. The image was then stacked together with a few light painted exposures in photoshop in order to remove the feet of the lightstands and enhance the overall lighting.
