This day was producing some interesting formations amongst the waves the way the backwash was rolling back up the faces making for some unique forms. I really wanted to freeze the motion so increased my shutter up to 1/4000th of a sec. This really helped to capture the energy of what looks to me like a stampede of horses. The added bonus was the amount of backlight combined with water clarity really helped to make for a impactful image.
