I never do portrait, i stole moment like a thief, sometime like a hunter.
I don't like when consciousness alterate the beauty of spontaneity.

We were hiking in pyrenean mountain with a friend, this girl. She was sitted in front of a pitfall, looking forward to the valley.
I was shooting landscape when i decided to came back silently and wait for her to turn back after me.

i waited, and when she finally turned, she looked directly at me, like if she knew i was waiting for her.

About author:

Born in 1987 from Dark Rides's owners parent, i have grown between Fun fairs through Europe and Nîmes where i was following school.

After a master in Economy and a particularly marking experience as entreprenor i still wasn't able to know what i wanted to do, but at least i knew what i didn't want: stay in my comfort zone.

Thus, i have sold my company in 2014 to return to school and study Arts.

My intelectual approach is activist. It would be demagogic to say it no more have a cathartic vocation but today, my main mottivation is to denounce the ecologic and social drifts of our societies. I intend through my creation to bring the spectator to multiply its point of view upon the world and ask itself about its position and its power of influence upon it. And that without adopting a moralisating angle.

For this, i need a full physical and moral implication in my subject. So my artistic process spread beyond photography to transform the full creation process in an activist performance.
