Ru Cha (Thuan Hoa village, Huong Phong commune, Huong Tra town, Thua Thien Hue) is the only remaining mangrove forest on Tam Giang lagoon. Ru Cha covers an area of about 5 ha, which is likened to a screening pad for the mainland in front of Thuan An beach. In addition, Rucha is home to many species of shrimp and fish characteristic lagoon.
