I captured the old buildings of St. Petersburg through the glass of modern theater built inside the old city. As a result we see modern and old architectures mixed together showing complexity of the contemporary urban environment.

I am not a professional photographer, however I have been taking photographs for all my life. I started when I was 12 and my first camera was Zenit TTL, that was a birthday present from my grandparents. I used to develop and print photos of my classmates in the bathroom. Later, I switched my focus to urban landscape. Digital photography facilitated shooting and editing processes and significantly improved the quality of my pictures. At the moment I am interested in exploring impressionist, abstract and surreal styles, bluring the reality and at the same moment to showing the beauty I see around me.
