The Millennium Bridge has an exciting design and crosses the River Tyne between Newcastle and Gateshead in the North East of England.

I am a disabled landscape photographer from the North East of England and, as such, finding suitable locations for my photography is a challenge. I took up photography when I could no longer walk any great distance. This may seem a strange choice when my mobility is restricted mainly to a wheelchair. However, I especially enjoy the time of twilight and longer exposures. Colour and texture play an important part in my images and I'm particularly drawn to the coast. I also like to take close ups of the sea and streams highlighting the patterns to be found in water.
