Arischia 2016, returnable bottles.
May 2016, the country of Arischia, a little fraction of the town of L'Aquila.
After the earthquake in 2009, which hit hard the country, the space is become a container of disposable bottles, the elderly confined to their MAP (temporary housing modules) where the days go by with silence in the bones and the shade is the only company; and young people, those few who remained, they move little, sometimes in packs like wolves young, too soon forced to comparison with a life that attacks immediately, takes away everything and leave only emptiness.
So I saw Arischia, a small container of empty, as often we find in the big city, blue bins rattling in the glass with no one steps to withdraw them.
Do not recycle at Arischia, not renewed, too few people, too few possibilities, the resources go to big centers, where they find a more comfortable space.
And what is happening,is an increase of cases of suicide of the elderly, along with a slow abandonment of the places for the most young, empty Arischia and leaves a vacuum in a vacuum.
Laureatosi in giurisprudenza, dopo un lungo periodo di apprendistato, inizia il percorso fotografico come professionista presso il suo studio con sede a Sesto Fiorentino,
l'SPBstudio infatti e' specializzato nella fotografia di cerimonia
e nella fotografia industriale, seguendo anche importanti eventi
a livello internazionale.
Qualche esempio: Convegni Unesco, eventi artistici Hotel gruppo Roccoforte, FERRARI spa, FCA, OPEL group, fotografo ufficiale presso PITTI IMMAGINE, eventi TIAC e moltissimi altri.
Nel corso della carriera, ricopre piu’ volte il ruolo di esaminatore finale presso la Scuola Europea per la fotografia APAB e presso la Scuola Nazionale per il cinema indipedente a Firenze.
Ricopre anche il ruolo di Docente di fotografia digitale e analogica presso Art Music Academy FLorence e attualmente presso il suo studio da molti anni con all’attivo oltre 900 studenti.
La sua carriera fotografica invece vanta due Honorable Mention presso l’International Photography Award 2014 e 2015, la selection 100 nel LEICA AWARD 2014, tre Nominee al Black and White spider Award 2014-2015-206 e una all’ International Color Award 2015 oltre a molti altri piccoli premi fotografici.
Collabora attualmente con ONG italiane, come ACCRI trieste, per le quali conduce reportage di varia estrazione in tutto il mondo
