This picture series aims to show the life of wild horses in Bosnia. In rough and stark nature, nearly left untouched by humans, released horses find back to their native way of life in peace and harmony with nature. The highly sensitive animals form deep family bonds and live in hierarchical groups. Contrary to my expectation to find untamed and shy meet animals, I found trust, love and pure curiosity. The wild ones invited me into their way of life.
Wiebkes pictures are featured in magazines, books, galleries & on TV around the globe. This year she published her third book about horse photography.
