My husband and I were honoured to receive tickets through the Royal British Legion 100 year Anniversary of the Somme to attend Thiepval Memorial in France. Large lenses were not allowed so I took my Canon 7dii and 50mm lens. The Royal Family were in attendance as were member of the Army, Navy and church as well as Presidents past and present. I took these pictures as Charles, Harry and Rev Welby walked past and delighted to have made eye contact with 2 of them.
My husbands great granddad is remember at Theipval.
