I tend to shoot my long exposure pictures in b/w for 1 reason!
The absence of colour and movement highlight the essential things in the picture...and also add some drama to the picture.
All the pictures in this serie are taken near my home in the west of Denmark with Fujifilm X-T2 and Fujinon XF 10-24 f/4 and LEE Big Stopper or Super Stopper

About author:

I am self-taught photographer and has throughout my adult life photographed, but in 2010 I began to seriously explore the different possibilities offered by digital photography. I have and will continue to test different types of photography, but I always come back to three main areas action, architecture and landscape photography.

My photos take its origin in a sentence of the famous American Magnum photographer Elliott Erwitt: “Photography is an art of observation. It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with way you see them”

My pictures are marked by a portion realism, but with a little twist in the form of strong saturation, long exposures or a conversion to black/white. I use these instruments to enhance the situation or composition I experience out on the location.
