LIGHTHOUSES

I’m interested in nautical navigation lights (lighthouses), which are about to disappear due to new navigations systems such as GPS and GLONASS. For that reason, I decided to photograph and memorize these architecture creatures. Project started in 2014 and is still open.
The presented series shows Bulgarian sea coast lighthouses between cities of Ahtopol and Shabla photographed in 2014, 2015 and 2016. During this period on of the lighthouses was changed with bronze statue and the old Galata lighthouse is on his way to the sea due to landslide.
