The nature offers very beautiful lights. The very principle of photography is to transcribe these images in the best way through the subjects and the atmospheres observed. Starting from this observation, I take the inverse in order to propose a concept with dominant black suggesting only the animals encountered.
Recognizing an animal solely from its silhouette, highlighting a subject on the basis of a shadow or a black background while obscuring its environment is the credo of this series. Between photo and painting, there is only one step, that of drawing with the natural light the subjects observed.
Today, equipped with my Canon boxes, I continue to travel the world in search of face to face with the local fauna. Bears of Finland to the insects of Amazonia, there is only one step ... the one of the emotion of an observation, where the man and the animal consider each other. Photography allows me to make the public aware of the beauty of the landscapes of our planet and the species encountered. Moving from the dream of an encounter to the reality of living, I seek above all to share my knowledge, my passion and my experience of naturalist travels.
But the most beautiful remains to come ... My next trip, with new encounters!
