European Badger Cub "Scratching Post "

European Badger, Males males. Taken in the late evening sun in south west Scotland. This badger cub was quite playfull with its sibblings but kept coming back to use the tree as a scratching post. I was looking to get a picture of the badger in isolation with its soft facial features that the young badger has.
It took a while and I was begining to think I wouldn't get the image I wanted, eventually it looked towards the camera and I magaged to get this picture

A full time wildlife photographer, Ron lives in the Scottish Borders. He has travelled around Sweden, Finland, Norway, North America, South Africa and Canada in pursuit of his photographic images.
