The series ‘Patronas’ is motorsport documented with completely new eyes. The key element is the vibrant colours of the arena, which truly came clear on this rainy day in 2013.
Through out the last few years, Rønholt has been working with the Nordic theme mainly in portraits and landscapes. Though this theme seems to be touched by many creatives nowadays, Rønholt manages to show a very different side of the Nordic by focussing on a hornets and rough aesthetic expression. With a distinctly conceptual approach Rønholt creates scenes that reflect a fascination with the theatrical, the extreme and that, which is differently beautiful.

Søren Rønholt has been working as a photographer in Copenhagen for more than fifteen years. His early work had its centre in the field of fashion and identity, but lately new areas have been influencing Rønholts focus.Through out the last few years, Rønholt has been working with the Nordic theme mainly in portraits and landscapes. Though this theme seems to be touched by many creatives nowadays, Rønholt manages to show a very different side of the Nordic by focussing on a hornets and rough aesthetic expression.
