How can you get bored in the desert? The Sierras and the DESERT, pretty much any desert, is my favorite place to be. There is so much to capture. I can't understand when someone says, "There's nothing here!!" Well technically they are right and most friends think I am nuts. But in the desert, there is so much to see, so much art, so many lines, textures, and peacefulness. I The desert is my second home. I am always pushing myself to capture timeless lines made by the wind in the sand, the nautilus symbols the wind creates, the simpleness - the grace the desert brings to my mind's eye. These particular shots were made at White Sands National Monument in New Mexico.
